Data Management PlatformIntella Triage Announces Key Leadership Promotions to Drive Growth and Innovation

IntellaTriage, the nation’s leading provider of after-hours nurse-first triage solutions, has announced a series of key promotions within its leadership team, including two C-suite appointments. These changes highlight the company’s commitment to recognizing excellence and fostering leadership growth as it continues to expand its impact in the post-acute care industry.

The promotions include Jordan Stroupe, formerly VP of Finance and Strategy, who was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Liam Barry, former VP of Technology, who is now the Chief Technology Officer. Carla Winslett was promoted from Director of Clinical Operations to Vice President of Nursing.

Jordan Stroupe and Liam Barry, both of whom joined IntellaTriage in 2023, have played pivotal roles in driving innovation and operational excellence. Stroupe has enhanced the finance department’s capabilities with sophisticated reporting and predictive analytics, enabling strategic investments in technology, including the development and launch of IntellaHub—the company’s proprietary triage platform—overseen by Barry. Barry’s efforts led to significant innovation within IntellaHub, including direct integration with key electronic medical records (EMR). Barry’s efforts with IntellaHub have resulted in HITRUST cybersecurity certification and the McKnight’s 2024 Excellence in Technology Award in Electronic Health Records for “Revolutionizing Nurse Experience: IntellaTriage and CommonSpirit Health at Home Integration.”

Carla Winslett, who joined the organization in 2022, has been instrumental in strengthening the clinical foundation of the company’s rapidly growing nurse triage team, which now exceeds 300 members. Her efforts include building a robust Quality Assurance program to ensure scalable, high-quality care as the company’s census grows.

Daniel Reese, CEO of IntellaTriage, shared his enthusiasm for the leadership team’s accomplishments:

“The members of this leadership team are hard-working, entrepreneurial, and compassionate, without exception. I am immensely proud of them individually and of the entire team we have built over the last several years. This team embodies exceptionalism and works tirelessly to elevate IntellaTriage to new heights, fulfilling our mission to improve the lives of nurses and patients.

While we remain steadfast in the core principles we’ve upheld for 16 years, the structure and operations of our organization have evolved dramatically. This team has been instrumental in driving improvements that enhance the patient experience for our clients and streamline workflows for our triage nurses. They are true leaders, and I am excited to continue our journey of growth and innovation together.”
