According to a 2016 IDC EMEA DX Survey among 1008 respondents, “55% of European organizations indicate that the CIO is the leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.” However, similar research shows that “only 17% of IT organizations are effective partners for the business on digital transformation.”
